Surya joins the resort from Hyatt Hotels in Dubai, where he was responsible for managing systems and infrastructure across multiple properties. With a solid background in hotel technology, he brings deep experience in systems integration, network management, data security, and operational support — all critical to keeping things running smoothly, both behind the scenes and in guest-facing areas.

He’ll now lead the resorts IT operations here on the island, ensuring reliability, security, and smart tech solutions that support every part of our business — from reservations and operations to guest experience.
