Under her leadership, the spa achieved a flawless 100% score in the SLH mystery guest audit. She also rolled out several high-impact wellness programs that boosted both guest satisfaction and team performance.
With a background rooted in holistic healing, Yuni sees wellness not just as a treatment, but as a way of life. Her focus lies in creating moments that feel personal, intentional, and restorative—whether through a signature treatment, a scent in the air, or simply a calming presence.
