MALDIVIAN MERRIMENT, MISCHIEF AND MAGIC

This year’s festive elf-stravaganza invokes the spirit of the season, complete with all the trimmings – and gingerbread men standing guard on the beach - all while showcasing the best of the resort, from gourmet banquets to pool parties and glamorous gatherings under the stars.

The glitz of the festive season kicks off in North Pole Village with a magnificent beach tree lighting ceremony, where guests and staff will gather to switch on the island’s stunning holiday lights - and maybe sing a carol or two. Themed events include a magical ‘Sleigh Bells & Shells Banquet’ where guests can dine on the daily fisherman’s catch, Christmas Eve’s ‘The Night Before Christmas Grand Feast’ in the Elves Great Hall, on Christmas Day itself, Santa will trade his sleigh for a dhoni and deliver gifts from his North Pole workshop – a Maldivian twist on a time-honoured tradition.

New Year’s Eve’s countdown is celebrated with a mischief-making ‘Naughty List Party’, featuring a red carpet and dazzling live entertainment, including a lavish buffet and a breathtaking fireworks display over the lagoon. While Santa might be ready to put his feet up, the fun continues until January 7th 2026, with fond farewells that include a ‘Catch and Jingle Banquet’ and an ‘Orthodox Christmas Celebration’ - all part of the resort’s Premium All-Inclusive Gourmet Meal PlanÒ - where guests can raise a glass of bubbly, feast on the freshest island delicacies and share their holiday memories.
