The official launch event for the Maldives Hideaway Resort Run 2025 (MHRR 2025) took place yesterday at Maagiri Hotel, announcing an extraordinary wellness experience set to unfold from 18–21 September 2025 at the luxurious Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa. This event is set to coincide with World Wellness Weekend in September.

Officially endorsed by the Visit Maldives Corporation, the MHRR 2025 event is organised in collaboration with race partner Total Fitness Group (TfG), media partner Coral Glass, and Transport partner Maldivian, MHRR 2025 celebrates World Wellness Weekend with an immersive blend of movement, mindfulness, and tropical indulgence. Additionally, inhouse yoga instructors, and wellness guru and sound healing therapist Naga Healing will be on the island to host unique experiences for guests during this special time.

This special bucket list event features three categories designed for every level of fitness:

• 10K Challenge – A competitive early morning run for seasoned runners
• 5K Island Fun Run – A relaxed, scenic route for social runners
• Kids’ Dash – A cheerful morning race for young participants

Each trail meanders through Hideaway’s lush jungle paths, sandy trails, and along the island’s turquoise-fringed shoreline—creating a one-of-a-kind race through paradise.
