Lily Hotels has announced the appointment of Abhinav S. Raghuwanshi as Cluster Head of Revenue Management, responsible for overseeing the commercial strategy and revenue performance of its two award-winning properties: Lily Beach Resort & Spa and Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa in the Maldives.

With a proven track record of leading market and regional portfolios, Abhinav has successfully developed and implemented revenue management frameworks across diverse and high-end international markets, including the Maldives, Bahrain, Thailand, Myanmar, and India. Known for building scalable frameworks and data-led decision-making, the appointment signals a bold step forward in Lily Hotels’ commercial growth strategy.

In his new role, Abhinav will spearhead strategic transformation across the Lily Hotels portfolio by introducing a more intelligence-driven commercial ecosystem. His initiatives include implementing predictive analytics for demand modelling, improving distribution efficiency through working closely with the team and Amadeus, and leveraging guest sentiment analytics via tools like ReviewPro to support value-based pricing strategies. He is also focussed on introducing automation to revenue reporting dashboards and enhancing forecast variance tracking—all with the aim of increasing commercial visibility, agility, and profitability.

Abhinav’s approach to revenue strategy is finely tuned to the unique dynamics of the Maldives. “This market demands adaptability due to volatile demand cycles and reliance on international source markets,” he notes. “Agility in decision-making and precision in forecasting are vital. My strategy is rooted in real-time data monitoring, dynamic pricing, and centralized forecasting—ensuring property-level flexibility within a cohesive portfolio strategy.”

Among his key goals in the new role are delivering 15% year-on-year topline growth, improving ADR and RevPAR through segmentation and pricing optimisation, and achieving forecast accuracy exceeding 95%. Structurally, he aims to standardize revenue operations, mentor in-house talent, and establish scalable SOPs that future-proof the group’s commercial agility.
