Baani Event confirms two more participants from Baa Atoll for the much-awaited snorkeling event. B. Fulhadhoo and B. Fehendhoo councils announced their participation in the largest and first of its kind snorkeling event.

Organized in Baa Atoll, the upcoming event is aimed to attempt a world record by gathering a thousand people to snorkel in the Agarfaru region. Scheduled for 3rd October 2025, the event is open for interested participants from across the Maldives. Baani aims at raising awareness about the negative impacts on nature while promoting Baa Atoll as a thrilling holiday destination to the entire world.

As per the B. Atoll Council, the main objective of Baani event is to raise awareness about the negative impacts on nature and promote the atoll as an exciting holiday destination to the entire world. The world record attempt is the largest and first of its kind to be organized within the atoll.
