His career has been defined by strong sales leadership, strategic market development and a focus on building meaningful trade partnerships.

No stranger to the Maldives, Jourden has spent several years immersed in the local market, gaining deep insights into its unique dynamics and traveller expectations. He brings with him a deep understanding of diverse global markets and evolving luxury travel trends, backed by years of hands-on regional experience.

In his new role at Milaidhoo, Jourden will lead international sales efforts with a focus on expanding market share and driving revenue through tailored strategies that reflect the island’s ethos of meaningful luxury and personalised service.
