Displaying a dedication to continued improvement and a talent for team leadership, OIivier has spent two decades as a General Manager with multiple Accor properties, spearheading strategic initiatives and leading high-performing teams. Most recently, he played a pivotal role in boosting performance and delivering exceptional service at Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc in Vietnam, the country’s largest Accor property spanning 52 hectares. Under his leadership, the resort significantly enhanced operational performance, strengthened brand positioning, and delivered unparalleled guest experiences, establishing itself as a premier luxury destination in the region.

Having lived and worked across diverse locations, including Belgium, France, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Vietnam, Olivier understands the value of adapting to new environments, fostering strong teams, and focusing on customer-centric service to build a strong and sought-after brand.
