With 15 years of culinary experience, from fine dining, French cuisine, to plant-based kitchens and high-energy environments, Trev Lockz brings a seasoned and personable approach to crafting his vision.
Trained under renowned French chef Alexis Gauthier, Trev Lockz spent two years refining his approach to plant-based fine dining, which later earned them a prestigious Harden’s Award for Best Vegan Restaurant in London (2021). His expertise in Jamaican cuisine and handcrafted hot sauces is now seamlessly woven into a broader fusion style, combining finesse, modern techniques and exciting elements from his Caribbean heritage.
He has developed his trio of homemade sauces. Inspired by his Caribbean roots, Scotch Red, Habanero Gold and Spirulina Green were born out of his mother’s kitchen, and they are now household favourites in South-West London and beyond.
With thoughtfully designed dining experiences, Chef Lockz regularly hosts supper clubs and private dining events in London, showcasing a diverse array of seasonal ingredients and stand-out dishes.
