Alila Kothaifaru Maldives has announced the addition of two exceptional professionals to its Sales & Marketing team.

Krisnha Kusuma joins as Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant Manager. Krisnha’s started his career with an internship at Hilton Bali Resort, where he discovered his passion for marketing. After that, he moved on to Four Points by Sheraton Bali Kuta as a graphic designer, before joining Intercontinental Bali Resort, where he honed his expertise in content creation. His journey then took him to Hyatt, specifically to Alila Seminyak, where he managed content production and directed social media accounts to gain global recognition. With a solid background in content creation and digital marketing within renowned hospitality brands like Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Hyatt, Krisnha is an invaluable asset to the team.

Michelle Jamison also joins as Marketing Communication and PR Manager, bringing a wealth of experience from the Philippines, Qatar, and the Maldives. Michelle’s career began with an internship at The Manila Peninsula Hotel, followed by six years at The Ritz-Carlton Doha, where she transitioned from F&B and Culinary Coordinator to Marketing Communications & PR Executive. She then moved to the Maldives as Digital Marketing Executive - Cluster MarCom at Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa and Lily Beach Resort & Spa, before managing PR and marketing for JA Resorts & Hotels Indian Ocean properties, based at JA Manafaru. Michelle’s vast expertise will be instrumental in elevating Alila Kothaifaru Maldives’ brand presence.
