A fully automated organic composter transforms 3 tons of green waste weekly into nutrient-rich fertiliser, while in-vessel shredders repurpose garden clippings into compost. Glass bottles are crushed and repurposed into minor construction purposes.

In the realm of sustainable dining, the resort’s hydroponic farm revolutionises gastronomy. By cultivating lettuce and herbs in a soilless system, water consumption plummets from 250 litres to just 50 litres per kilogram—meeting 70% of the island’s lettuce demand while delivering crisp, organic ingredients to its award-winning restaurants.
