MIC Group has announced the appointment of Hamad Rasheed as the new Cluster IT Manager. A seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry, Hamad brings with him a proven track record in IT management, operations and customer service. Hamad has been entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the IT operations across all units of the company.

Hamad began his career as a Computer Technician at MTCC from 2008 to 2010, where he was responsible for installing and maintaining critical IT and telecommunication equipment. He later advanced to the role of Customer Project Technician at Dhiraagu from 2010 to 2018. During his time there, he designed IT infrastructures for resorts and efficiently resolved over 500 technical issues each year. His innovative troubleshooting protocol reduced issue resolution times, highlighting his commitment to operational excellence.

Moreover, since 2018, Hamad has been the Owner and Manager of Kairos Homeware Boutique, where he honed his people management skills and strengthened his ability to lead teams effectively. He demonstrated strong leadership and business acumen by establishing a successful business. Through this role, he gained valuable experience in managing staff, optimizing operations and enhancing customer engagement, making him a more capable and strategic manager.

In addition to his practical experience, Hamad has obtained several certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, and IT infrastructure, which further enhance his technical proficiency and commitment to ongoing professional development.
