Four Seasons Resorts Maldives Opens Recruitment for Four Seasons Apprenticeship Program

Four Seasons Resorts Maldives has opened recruitment for the Four Seasons Hospitality Apprenticeship Program - Class of 2026. The announcement comes after the successful graduation of class of 2025, which celebrated 49 young Maldivians stepping into the world of luxury hospitality.

As a government-accredited program, the Four Seasons Apprenticeship Program has been running since 2001. The program has trained more than 850 young Maldivians in food & beverage, front office, maritime transport, engineering, diving, and more. The program offers hands-on, world-class training and an opportunity to learn from global hospitality experts, offering apprentices to live and train at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa and Landaa Giraavaru.

This year, the program continues to evolve, introducing cutting-edge digital learning modules in partnership with French tech firm 360 Learning. The Four Seasons Apprenticeship program is open to young Maldivians aged 17-20, with training across diverse disciplines, providing a launchpad to a globally recognized career.

Recruitment is now open, with information sessions and screening interviews happening across multiple islands as follows:
