In a momentous occasion that marked a significant milestone for the world of luxury travel, Beond, the groundbreaking leisure airline, witnessed the arrival of its debut aircraft at Velana International Airport on Monday.

The aircraft's arrival traced back to its origin in Hyderabad, India, was celebrated with a spectacular water salute on the runway, capturing the essence of Beond's opulence and grandeur. This venture, a joint collaboration between Maldives' Simdi Group and Dubai's Arabesque, boldly positions itself as the world's premier high-end leisure airline, poised to revolutionize the travel experience.

Beond is set to take the skies by storm, commencing its flight operations this November, and is already open for bookings through its official website. The airline's initial destinations include Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Zurich, Switzerland; and Munich, Germany, offering travelers a range of ticket options: Delight, Bliss, and Opulence, catering to different levels of luxury and comfort.

CEO Tero Taskila, the visionary leader behind Beond, announced ambitious plans for the airline's expansion. In March, three more exciting destinations are slated to join the Beond route map, with another trio of destinations planned for early summer next year. Travel enthusiasts can look forward to booking flights to these upcoming hotspots later this month. Taskila emphasized that Beond's bookings are currently exclusively available through their website and hinted at the development of a user-friendly mobile application in the pipeline. Furthermore, he highlighted the airline's successful partnerships with global travel agents in recent weeks, underscoring Beond's commitment to providing a seamless booking experience for travelers worldwide.

As Beond charts its course into the future, there are exciting developments on the horizon. The introduction of a second aircraft will pave the way for the addition of Bangkok, Thailand; Dubai, United Arab Emirates; and Milan, Italy to its expanding list of destinations. Not stopping there, Beond envisions further growth, with plans to introduce a third aircraft that will include Shanghai and Beijing, China, and another European destination in its portfolio.

Beond's flights will be operated using the A-320 family of aircraft, offering an intimate and exclusive setting with 44 seats in an all-premium configuration. The airline is committed to delivering a spacious interior adorned with premium comfort seats, ensuring that every passenger enjoys a truly indulgent travel experience.
